SPKA Annual General Meeting

This years meeting will take place at Victory Memorial Hall, St. Mary's Place St. Andrews, KY16 9XE.
Please arrive promptly for a 2.00 pm start.
Kite Buggy European Championships September 2013
This year the championships were held on Borkum Island off the coast of Germany from the 10th to the 14th September 2013. The weather was not very kind to the event as only two days, with a total of 5 races were achieved. Congratulations to this years Champion Malte Lutz from Germany, and to the runner ups, David Van Boven of Belgium in second place and Stephen Schapman of France in third place. Top Scottish pilot was our own Champion Stuart McGougan in 34th place followed by the rest of team Scotland a little further down.
The Association thanks all our team members, Pete Buchan, Stuart McGougan, Stuart Mackay, Stephen Pirie and captain Bob Mitchell for their hearty performance in what were reported as extremely challenging conditions.
